The Carthage Pavilion Assisted Living had its grand opening on Friday, August 28, 2015. The newly renovated facility was packed with excitement, as the masses came out to view its luxurious new interior. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held in celebration of the grand opening. Several County officials and community leaders were in attendance. There were also representatives of Congressman Diane Black and U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander present for the event, as well as several other key partners of the renovation process.
The Pavilion is home to 42 spacious living quarters. Each has its own large private bathroom with walk-in tubs, convenient kitchenette, and a walk-in closet. There are three types of rooms available; the studio apartment is 395-500 square feet, the one bedroom apartment is 492-632 square feet, and the two bedroom apartment is 805 square feet.
There are several amenities offered including: a screened in back porch, beautiful courtyard, large restaurant style dining room, activities/sitting areas, a salon, and community room that seats up to 30 people for hosting events or meetings. The community room will be free to the public for hosting with the purchase of catering services from the highly trained kitchen staff lead by Chef David Dillehay.
