BILL HARMON • DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Bill is a seasoned professional with 40+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He has worked in Missouri, Illinois, Texas, and Tennessee. He recently joined the team after a rewarding career as Construction Director for TN Department of Health, where he was responsible for construction and code compliance of all licensed health care facilities in Tennessee. As a state-licensed building and fire inspector, Bill is a valued asset to our senior living team.
DANNY HARMON • JR. PROJECT MANAGER
Danny brings over 25 years of experience to our commercial construction division. Danny is his family's third generation in commercial construction, specializing but not limited to healthcare and senior living facilities. Danny and his father were in business together for 19 years and renovated over 100+ skilled nursing homes for NHC all over the southeast. Danny also spent three years building new construction senior living healthcare facilities in Texas and Oklahoma before coming back home to Mt. Juliet. He has continued his construction career since 2014 as our Project Manager / General Superintendent, overseeing our commercial and senior living projects. Danny and his wife have four children and have been Wilson County residents for over 30 years.
SCOTTY PRESSLEY • RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Scotty relocated to Tennessee in 1995. He joins our team with over 20 years of experience in Project Management in the construction industry. Scotty brings a passion to building well-constructed homes with exceptional customer relations. Keys to his success include a meticulous quality control process, building every home as if it were his own, and being a master scheduler. He holds multiple certifications in contracting and real estate, and has received numerous awards over the years from his peers and local organizations. Scotty is a devoted husband and proud father of three sons.
PENNY BENTON • RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGER
Penny is a native of Lebanon TN, where she resides with her husband and two sons. She joined our team in 2002 as Hal’s assistant in real estate sales. Penny received her real estate license in 2004 and is licensed with Cumberland Real Estate. She is a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is an Accredited Staging Real Estate Agent. Penny has an Associates Degree in Business and is a member of the class of 2020 Leadership Wilson. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate and new home construction. Penny will be there to walk buyers through their new construction Horizon Home as its being built, or represent them as a realtor in the buying or selling of a home. Her first priority is to make her clients happy.
